Rosa, Laguna on April 22. The event was jointly sponsored by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) - Philippine Sanitation Alliance (PSA) and the City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. USAID-PSA and Coca Cola Export Corporation also signed an agreement to support sanitation campaigns, including the reduction of diarrhea cases among children in Sta. Rosa’s poorest barangays.
