U.S. and Philippine sailors hand out toys and school supplies to students of Kalalake Elementary School in Olongapo City April 19, during a community relations project as part of Exercise Balikatan 2009. The sailors also painted school buildings and donated toys and cookware to the school, which focuses on children with special needs.
