Photo: Philippine, U.S. Troops Bring Gift of Water to Masbate

On April 16, engineers with the 356th Aviation Engineering Group, Philippine Air Force, Armed Forces of the Philippines and Seabees with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Forty survey the construction site where a new water well system will be built in the Dap Dap and Sawang areas of Masbate, Republic of the Philippines. This project is one of many happening during Balikatan 2009. The bilateral humanitarian assistance and training exercise aims to promote unity and readiness between the Republic of the Philippines and the United States.
