U.S. Embassy Consular Section Officially Welcomes AIR21. On February 18, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the Nonimmigrant Visa Unit pavilion to officially welcome AIR21 and their services to the Consular Section. Effective February 2, AIR21 became the designated courier service provider of the Consular Section. AIR 21 delivers U.S. passports, passports with visa, application packets and other visa-related documents. AIR21 has setup booths in the Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) pavilion and the Immigrant Visa (IV) interview area to facilitate their services to visa applicants.
