Grounds Broken for Improved Embassy Facilities in Pasay, New Building for Veterans Benefits and Medical Services

Included in the project is a new Veterans Affairs building that will combine the clinic for World War II veterans at the Seafront compound and the benefits operations, some four miles away, at the Embassy’s Chancery.
