U.S. - RP JOINT HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE FOR AREAS AFFECTED BY TYPHOON FRANK

Aviation Warfare Systems Operator 2nd Class Anthony Chavez, from San Bernardino, Calif., looks over flooded areas caused by Typhoon Frank in the Republic of the Philippines. Riding on an SH-60F Seahawk assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 4, Chavez is part of the relief efforts of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
