FORT RAMON MAGSAYSAY, Republic of the Philippines – Philippine Army Master Sgt. Jaime Agonoy gives a drink of water to a U.S. soldier from a cut stalk of bamboo, one of the methods to gather water, during the survival course Feb. 19 during Balikatan 2008.
