The donation is part of an ongoing U.S. assistance program, the Millennium Challenge Account-Philippine Threshold Program (MCA-PTP.) The MCA-PTP is a $21-million dollar, two-year program in partnership with the Philippine Government. It seeks to improve the customer service side of revenue administration and to work to reduce corruption.
