Book on Thomasites launched

U.S. Embassy Counselor for Public Affairs Ron J. Post accepts a copy of Back to the Future: Perspectives on the Thomasites Legacy to the Philippines from American Studies Association of the Philippines (ASAP) Secretary and University of the East’s Arts and Sciences College Dean Carmelita S. Thomas to establish the public school system in the Philippines.
