American Association of the Philippines Names Ambassador Kenney Honorary Chair; Humanitarian Work of Members Recognized

 

Ambassador Kristie A. Kenney (right) on May 25 recognized American Association of the Philippines (AAP) member Renee Speltz (left) for her dedicated involvement and nonprofit work. Mrs. Speltz has been extremely active in the AAP and its humanitarian projects. She is the Founding Member of the Philippine Canine Search and Rescue Association, which sent teams of trainers and dogs to help in February’s mudslide in Leyte.


 

During an American Association of the Philippines (AAP) event on May 25, AAP President Glendon Rowell presented Ambassador Kristie A. Kenney with the honorary chairmanship of the organization. The AAP is a nonprofit and nonpolitical charitable institution that helps American citizens in need.
