U.S. Ambassador Kristie Kenney meets with the students in the "First Responder Training on Trauma Management" course at Camp Bautista in Jolo City. The five-day course brought together emergency aid workers from the AFP, the Philippine National Red Cross, Philippine National Police, JSOTF-P medical staff, and other local government aid workers. The course covered Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), trauma management, intravenous (IV) placement, and mass casualty assessment.
