USAID Assistant Administrator James Kunder calls on Philippine President Gloria Arroyo U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Assistant Administrator James Kunder answers questions from media representatives during a press conference in Malacanang Palace following his courtesy call on Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo on November 7. “The Philippines is likely to soon receive additional U.S. Government funding under the Millennium Challenge Corporation program,” he told the media. USAID provides $80 million to $90 million annually in development assistance to the Philippines.
