U.S., Philippine military personnel conduct first-ever JSOTF MEDCAP in Jolo

 

A U.S. medic from the Joint Special Operations Task Force in Zamboanga takes the blood pressure of a Philippine police officer (above) during a Medical Civic Action Program (MEDCAP) conducted by Philippine and U.S. military personnel in Jolo on September 19, the first such event ever conducted in Jolo.
Residents line up to register for MEDCAP. More than 1,100 residents received free consultations and medicines, dental treatment, and minor surgery during the day-long event.
