Chargé Johnson (left photo) joins a Singkil dancer welcoming him to the Tawi-Tawi School of Arts and Trade (TTSAT). The Chargé and Director Lindborg (below) present samples of the books and learning materials that USAID is turning over to TTSAT under the Education Quality and Access for Learning and Livelihood Skills (EQuALLS) project. The project aims to improve education quality and access and includes livelihood training for out-of-school youth.
