Chargé d'Affaires Ambassador Darryl Johnson and Mr. Ambeth Ocampo, Chairman of the Philippine’s National Historical Institute, unveil a plaque at the U.S. Embassy Residence in Baguio noting the historic ceremony held at the residence on September 3, 1945, at which General Yamashita formally surrendered all Japanese military forces in the Philippines.
