President Arroyo Confers Order of Sikatuna award on Ambassador Ricciardone

 

Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (above) congratulates outgoing U.S. Ambassador Francis Ricciardone after conferring on him the Order of Sikatuna award in Malacanang Palace on May 12. The award is the highest that the Philippine Republic confers on a foreign dignitary for promoting Philippine foreign relations.
