U.S. Delegation attends inauguration of President Arroyo

U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs Anthony Principi greets President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and First Gentleman Mike Arroyo at the reception in Cebu after she was sworn into her second term in office. Secretary Principi leads an eight-man delegation that U.S. President George W. Bush sent to Manila to represent him at President Macapagal Arroyo’s inauguration.
