Pro-peace artists, art lovers hold “Arts Across Borders”

Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) President Nestor O. Jardin welcomes gusts and peformers to the program. (Top right:) Aniceto Sobrepeña, President of the International Visitors Program-Philippines (IVP), gives a brief remarks on the goals and activities of the association of alumni of U.S. government exchange programs. With him is Dr. Thomas Kral, cultural affairs officer of the U.S. Embassy. The CCP, IVP and the U.S. Embassy organized the “Across the Borders” event.
