The goal of this project is to combat the worst forms of child labor through promotion of effective legislation to protect children, strengthening national capacity to enforce existing laws, and increasing public awareness of the hazards of child labor.  The target is to withdraw approximately 22,000 children from the WFCL and to prevent another 22,500 children from entering work.
