The VisaPoint ™ system allows companies participating in the Priority Interview Program (PIP) to schedule visa interview appointments online for their employees who are applying for visitor ( B-1) visas. Companies participating in PIP will be provided a Login ID to access the PIP features of VisaPoint™.
Once the system is accessed, a personal identification number (PIN) is required for each appointment to be booked. Each PIN costs US$10, and may be paid for through credit card, either Visa or MasterCard. Through the PIP features of VisaPoint ™ , companies can purchase multiple PINs, and coordinate the appointments of multiple applicants.
Within the PIP section of VisaPoint ™ , each PIN allows for one (1) substitution and two (2) reschedules. Any changes or cancellation must be done at least three business days (excluding U.S. and Philippine Holidays and weekends) before the appointment date. If an appointment must be changed after this deadline, a new PIN must be purchased . Please note that PINs expire 90 days after purchase if not used to schedule an appointment.
Note: When you purchase a PIN, you will enter the applicant’s name and passport number. Any later edit to the name (for instance, to correct typographical errors) will count as a substitution.
