If you were given a sheet of paper called a 221(g) letter by the consular officer at the conclusion of your interview, please follow the instructions below:
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
- If, prior to February 2, 2009, an applicant was issued a “221(g) letter” requiring additional documents and paid the delivery fee to Delbros, please continue to use the Delbros courier service as instructed. Delbros will continue to honor all paid in advance deliveries made prior to February 2, 2009. If the applicant did not pay Delbros the delivery fee in advance, the applicant now has the option to (1) call the AIR21 hotline number at (02) 879-4747, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to arrange for document pickup, or (2) send the requested documents through any AIR21 drop-off service center nationwide. Please visit www.air21.com.ph for a complete list of service centers.
- Please note that you have one year from the date of your interview to submit the requested documents to the Embassy. Failure to do so will result in the case to be considered abandoned and you will be required to apply for a new visa with requisite new visa application forms and visa application fees.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING
If your application requires further administrative processing, we shall contact you as soon as the administrative processing is completed. As each nonimmigrant visa case is unique, we regret that we are unable to provide you with any guidance as to how long an administrative process will take. When we contact you, you will be instructed on how to send your passport and/or any other required documents to the Embassy.
