Register with U.S. Embassy
 

Registration helps the U.S. Embassy contact you or reach out to friends or family in case of emergency. Whether you reside in the Philippines or are just traveling here, we encourage American citizens in the Philippines to register here. 

Remember to leave a detailed itinerary and passport information (or other citizenship documents) with a friend or relative in the United States.  This is important should your passport be lost or stolen.  Please be aware that in accordance with the Privacy Act, information on your welfare or whereabouts may not be released to inquirers without your expressed written authorization.

In addition to emergency communication, registration with Embassy Manila enrolls you in the warden email list.  The embassy utilizes the warden system to notify American citizens of threats to their safety and security, as well as provide information on upcoming embassy outreach events.
