The Global Publishing Solutions Manila is the State Department’s largest offshore design, print and distribution facility. Operating in Manila since 1950, the plant has continually expanded its technologies and product offerings to include IIP materials, ECA materials, and specialized publications for nearly every organization within the State Department. Specializing in books, magazines and high-quality offset printing, GPS Manila can produce any project requiring graphic design and layout, web site development, mass distribution, foreign language versions, and multiple distribution points throughout the world. Remote customers worldwide can interact with GPS Manila entirely via its Internet web site. GPS offers a variety of products to many Department organizations including business cards, invitations, certificates which can be ordered online, Consular and GSO forms, flyers, pamphlets, posters, calendars, and many others.
All U.S. Federal Government Agencies can avail of GPS services on a reimbursable basis, at competitive costs. Some of the non-DOS customers are: the United States Navy, the Department of Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of the Treasury, the United States Trade Development Agency, and the United States Agency for International Development.
