Organizations and institutions interested in requesting a Volunteer should fill-out the Volunteer Request Form and Volunteer Assignment Contract, clearly defining the need and the Volunteer's scope of work. Peace Corps will match this need to the skills of its pool of Volunteers.

Accomplished forms should be submitted as an email attachment together with a scanned signature indicating “Request for Volunteer” in the subject line to: pa@ph.peacecorps.gov
