Appointments Q & A
Q: Can I request an earlier interview appointment? Or if I did not come for my scheduled interview, can I request a new interview appointment?
Requests for earlier appointments may be sent to IVMNLAppointments@state.gov. Please note, however, that early appointment requests will be approved on a case to case basis (i.e., aging out cases, or in cases involving personal or medical emergencies), and only if visa interview slots are available. If you miss your visa appointment, you may reschedule the appointment by visiting the Embassy’s Visa Information and Appointment Service website: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph, or by calling (632) 976-8500, (632) 976-8501 or (632) 976-8502. The Visa Information and Appointment Service is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, except on Philippine and U.S. holidays. Callers in the U.S. may contact the Appointment Service at (214) 571-1600 between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
